Silver Star Mountain Resort boasts the world¡¯s first custom-built ski hostel on
the entire planet - yeah, you know it, that¡¯s very cool for the backpackers
among us. This is a world-class hostel facility sat right on the side of a huge
four-season mountain. Silver Star, like Big White, is a ski-in/ski-out facility
directly in the Silver Star village. The hostel is fully equipped, with a snack
bar, foosball table, table tennis, pool tables, internet and much more! The
common area is so big (it officially qualifies as ¡®ginormous¡¯) and is just the
right place for a multitude of backpackers to party, play...and recover after
a day on the mountain.

Ever sat in a hot tub with your mates, some beers, surrounded by snow and
looking up at the stars? You can at our Silver Star Lodge!

Then in the summer, Silver Star makes the best base camp for your mountain
biking adventures. So much so that Olympic athletes head up to the village
all the time to train and take adavantage of the amazing trail system and
training facilities.

The hostel is so large that it makes a great option for school retreats or
private fucntions and the mountain is gorgeous in the summer!

From the Greyhound Bus Station
From the Vernon Greyhound Station, use the Vernon Airporter to get to the
lodge at Silver Star Resort. You can find more information and make

at Silver Star Mountain Resort.

By Car
From the south on Hwy 97, turn right on to Silver Star Rd (48th Ave), follow
this road 22km to the resort, pass under ski overpass, take first left
(Pinnacles Rd). We are the last driveway on the right.

From the north on Hwy 97, turn left on to Silver Star Rd (48th Ave), follow
this road 22km to the resort, pass under ski overpass, take first left
(Pinnacles Rd). We are the last driveway on the right.
